For several months in Spring 2023, Ezgi Erol, an interdisciplinary scholar with a background in fine arts, sociology, and cultural studies, visited Visual Resources. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and hold a position in the department of Transcultural Studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Director of Visual Resources, Julia Gearhart, had an opportunity to interview Ezgi on her experience working in the archives. Read more here
